United Lutheran Seminary is the host school of TCCI, which emerged from a predecessor school, Gettysburg Seminary, in 1981. TCCI is also in ELCA Rural Ministry Collaboration with Wartburg Center for Theology & Land and rural ministry studies at Luther Seminary

Appalachian Ministries Educational Resource Center (AMERC) — TCCI offers an Appalachian immersion sponsored by AMERC

Washington Theological Consortium, in the city and vicinity of Washington, DC — TCCI courses contribute to the Certificate in Ecology & Theology

Payne Theological Seminary, Wilberforce, Ohio — has hosted TCCI courses four times
